Connie, as Founder/Executive Director is responsible for leading and managing the operation of CHLOE, Inc and ancillary programs (i.e. Chloe's Place, Chloe's Moms Connection...community programs). The Executive Director works with the Board of Directors to develop and implement the organization's Strategic Plan and organizational policies.  She represents the organization in the community and is responsible for networking and fund raising.

Jeaneen Eckhardt
Development Director

With an extensive background in sales and marketing, as well as, event coordination and fund raising Jeaneen has enjoyed many years of experience in different types of business.  She has been involved with companies in the midst growth and reorganization, while offering her expert opinion concerning how to strengthen service offerings and build great teams.  Her entrepreneurial spirit has created opportunities in consulting and interior design.  Jeaneen loves creating space for experiences to connect people with common purpose and vision.  Besides being encouraging to others, her strength in solving problems and managing change, allows her to think outside of the box and shoot for the stars.  Her mantra – all things are possible!



John Nafziger
Acountant
John works with donors, vendors, agency staff, management and board members.  His responsibilities includes monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, bank  accounts and expense accounts. He also oversee incoming donations, grant management and reporting tasks.
