Chloe's Moms Connection
A year around program affording young single moms and
pregnant teens the opportunity to move toward self-sufficiency in
a community based program.
This 'Learn & Earn' Parenting and Life skills program offers our CHLOE Moms opportunities to earn Chloe Coupons for purchasing materials like baby clothes, blankets, diapers, and toiletries for themselves, to name just a few. Chloe's Closet is our own little boutique, just for our Moms!
Each Mom enrolled in our program benefits from a nurturing relationship with a personal Advocate. The two meet regularly and work together to establish and work toward self-sufficiency goals.
Early in 2012, we are transitioning from a formal classroom model. Our Advocates will be equipped with materials to share parenting, life skill and child birth educational modules with their Chloe Mom. Each completed module results in coupons earned to spend at Chloe's Closet!
Chloe Coupons can also be earned by other tasks accomplished, i.e. attending scheduled Well Baby Check ups, follow-up OB/GYN appts. etc.
- Monthly Chloe Mom's Gatherings highlight topics for everyone and time to shop at Chloe's Closet.

- Participants ... ages 15-21... single mom or single & pregnant... committed to parenting
